1. Remove wrapping & ribbon

  2. Get ham to room temperature at least one hour before baking

  3. Pre-heat your oven to 160ºC

  4. Pop ham onto an oversized oven tray & pour glaze generously over ham

  5. Bake for around 1.5—2 hours, basting the ham every 15 minutes with Mr Jones' Christmas Ham Glaze

  6. Use the excess basting from the bottom of the tray to keep basting

  7. Once cooked, place ham into a large shallow platter

  8. Get fancy, decorate the plate & tie ribbon around the hock

  9. It is essential to then pour the hot basting juices over the carved ham. This is Mr Jones magic Christmas trick!
